From October to March, afternoon thunderstorms roll across the Klang Valley almost daily. We plan for them so you don’t have to.
Thunder means out
If a coach hears thunder or sees lightning, every swimmer leaves the water immediately. We wait 30 minutes after the last rumble before getting back in.
Your sessions are safe
If the class can’t continue and less than half of it was taught, no session is deducted. You’ll receive a make-up credit straight away with three suggested new slots on WhatsApp.
Booking a make-up
Tap a suggested slot in the parent portal or reply on WhatsApp. Make-up credits are valid for 30 days after your package ends, so there’s no rush.
